What to expect
Bee-Fit Exercise Classes consist of a large variety of weight-based exercises, incorporating both strength training and cardio-vascular endurance.
Classes are delivered by two knowledgeable, experienced coaches to provide motivation, assist with form correction, help new starters and create an upbeat environment.
Our classes begin with a thorough warm-up to ensure you are fully prepared for the session.
Each and every class is different, with varying formats and timings to ensure you never get bored and to mix up the intensity. The classes are a fantastic way to burn many calories, meet new people and are a great compliment to a strength training program.
Exercise form and technique is something we pride ourselves on. We also ensure to adapt to individual needs - no matter your ability level we will find a progression or regression suited to you.
