Hello everyone, I'm Sean. 

In my 5 years of personal training I have trained a huge range of individuals, notably rugby players of different positions, rowers, footballers, basketball players, golfers, boxers and more.

My area of expertise is Strength Training and Sports Performance enhancement, using weights, plyometrics, power training and conditioning. I am also very experienced at fat loss coaching.

 

I pride myself on teaching lifting technique to a high standard, in many exercises and adapting well to any limitations a client may have.

I also teach Olympic Weightlifting, a fantastic skill which can be used to improve sports performance or provide a new challenge in the gym.

If you want to take your weights training to the next level, then look no further. And don't worry if you are a newbie - I love a challenge!

Hi, i'm Katie. My aim is to educate, inspire and empower you to change your health & fitness. My personal opinion is that life requires balance - and I can help you achieve that. After all, gin and chocolate still exist!

 I am always smiling, with a 'can-do' attitude - this comes across in my coaching. If you are new to personal training, the gym, or weights training you are in safe hands - we can take it at your pace (with an extra nudge from me along the way).

I have a vast experience with female strength training (both beginners and experienced), fat loss, pre and post natal clients and certain injury rehab areas. I also provide bespoke nutrition coaching, which plays a vital role in helping you to reach your goals.

If cardio is your thing - I love to provide weight-based circuit sessions and finishers, to help those that are bored of conventional cardio methods such as treadmill pounding!

Ladies - it's about time we all learned to lift. Why should the men have all the fun?

Hi, I’m Liam.
Since beginning training at a young age I have always taken great interest in the technical aspects of exercise and sport movement patterns. This often led to me being asked for advice and guidance from friends, wor
k colleagues and teammates on how to exercise safely and effectively. I quickly became aware that I had a passion for coaching and helping others on their own fitness journeys.


I have experienced many years of using different training approaches and reviewing their effectiveness.  I also possess a broad understanding of the movement patterns involved in combat sports, having both competed and helped with coaching. 


Having had knee issues since I was a teenager, I have had to apply problem solving skills and adapt typical training programmes frequently in order to rehab and progress in terms of muscular development and strength despite the limitations. I feel that I am very adaptable and understanding, which helps me build strong relationships with clients.


I want to help you achieve your goals whether that is to become more mobile, move with less pain, get stronger, lose fat, all of the above or something completely different! We’ll set some realistic, achievable targets and celebrate the little wins along the way. It is very important for me to create a safe, judgement free environment for people of all ages and experience levels to learn, improve, gain confidence and achieve their goals. 


Most importantly, I hope that I can share with you my passion for the enjoyment of exercise and all the amazing benefits that come with it.
